Our values
Both natives of the country, we define ourselves as “epicurean winegrowers”.
We carry out all of our projects surrounded by our loved ones in a friendly, simple atmosphere of frank camaraderie.
Our vines
Most of our plots are located in the heart of the Maquis, surrounded by holm oaks and arbutus trees.
Concerned about creating the most pleasant environment possible, we decided to consider each vineyard as a small garden in which: the vine, trees, plants, insects and animals coexist.
We planted hedges, fruit trees, aromatic plants, sowed flowers, allowed the installation of beehives, and grazed our animals in the vineyards.
Our engagement
From the first year, we embarked our vines on the organic adventure.
We quickly restructured the estate, replanting old heritage grape varieties, which today contribute to our identity.
Today, we cultivate 7 hectares of vines, 1 hectare of olive trees, 1 hectare of aromatic plants and favor the addition of green manure, the natural treatment of plants by plants, the establishment of a plant cover with the aim of combating drought.
Nos vins
Vendangés à la main, les raisins sont ensuite transportés dans de petites caisses jusqu’à la cave, située à Cessenon sur Orb.
Nous pratiquons une vinification douce, accompagnons les raisins sur le chemin du vin, en essayant de les influencer le moins possible.
Le but étant d’avoir des vins frais, aux tannins soyeux, proches du fruit.
